New Construction Basement Mold
When the deck for the first floor of this new construction was put in place, there was a couple of feet of water in the basement. As time progressed, the moisture sought out the dry wood and microbial growth began to occur which ultimately lead to mold. The initial pictures are indicative of nearly every part of the basement ceiling. After remediation by The Dry Guys, the wood was free of mold and looked like new.
